Dan has been in health care since 2013, having spent 5 years in critical care as an RN on the Neuro ICU at UVA, 4 years hospice and palliative care, and has been with Blue Ridge Scientific sine 2021.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Nurse Practice from Liberty University.

In addition to being a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist, Dan is also certified in Spirometry (NIOSH). Throughout his career he has carried certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Neurological Life Support, Critical Care Nursing, Trauma Nursing.

Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, landscaping and gardening, cooking, hiking, traveling.
