We collect and process samples for Quest and Labcorp M-F 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and Sat 9:00 am – 11:30 am.
You will need to present the order or lab slip from your physician. This ensures your provider receives the results. As a collection and processing site, we do not receive results. Please contact your provider if there is a delay. They can reach out to the lab directly.
Please bring your insurance card and driver’s license.
Make sure to check with your physician if your blood work requires a fasting blood draw.
