What You Need to Know About Your Blood Draw

• We collect and process samples for Quest and Labcorp M-F 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and Sat 9:00 am - 11:30 am.
• You will need to present the order or lab slip from your physician. This ensures your provider receives the results. As a collection and processing site, we do not receive results. Please contact your provider if there is a delay. They can reach out to the lab directly.
• Please bring your insurance card and driver's license.
• Make sure to check with your physician if your blood work requires a fasting blood draw.
• Self-pay labs are available. Please call for pricing.
